Nian Chu Yi
Wow... Finalli it is CNY!!! I am in super high spirits and getting all ready to grab all the ang baos! First stop is at moi ah ma hse. Ah ma's hse is situated round mount faber. I still remember in the early morning, i can always hear the birds happily chirping. Hee.. i almost forget how good mother nature was! Her hse brought back a lot of childhood memories as i grew up there and have been staying there for 14 yrs!

Radiation visit @ SGH
This is indeed and eye opener. Hee... the first time i was tis close to a cyclotron!!! (Ps: it is a machine tt produce radioactive isotopes!!!) Of course, we cannot enter the chamber containing tis mega machine. This is becos the radiation is so high it can kill instantly!!!Thusm, protection of 3 feet thick wall is even required!

Oh ya... besides high tech machines... they even mix radioactive tracers in egg toast to be fed to the patients. Then, they would be able to chk whether the stomach is block by the amount of radiation give out. Hee.. interesting right!! It's a pity i didnt get to see the actual preparation tt day. So who says radiation is definitely bad for health?
Anway, a bunch of the BIE people had a nice lunch @ dragon gate restaurant for dim sum. The price is reasonable but the food is okie onli. Not realli fantastic but i must comment tt the steamed items are nicer den the fried ones. And i tink we are super hungry!!!Hee we finish the food so fast. Haha maybe once the food are laid down, we took onli like 5 mins to clear it! Hee scary sia.

Hee. I went to IMM again for reunion lunch with moi relatives. Haha.. but tis time, we didnt ate "wan zhai". It was at the "LONG BEACH SEAFOOD RESTAURANT". It has been a long time since i ate there and i almost forget how good the food taste. The food are realli fantastic! Veri nice!!! esp the fish. so fresh and crispy!!! drool~
After tt, went home to pack the hse a final round and get ready for CNY!!! Hee.. i was clearing the stuff when i saw moi hamtaro set! Heee.. i kept them in a hamster cage and put it under moi table. Hee so cute hor!!! It was a set from MacDonald 2 yrs ago i tink. Hee... Moi ah ma was so sweet. She knew i was collecting them so she help mi keep a look out. God knows how many happy meals she ate. hee.. Thanks!! But i am still sad i miss one week one - hamtaro with the ferris wheel.. sob sob...

Getting moi nails ready for CNY!!! Hee... decided to experiment with gemstones tis time and i totally adored the final effect!!! I luv the bling bling on moi nails!!! It took mi some time to search for nice and cheap gemstones. I managed to find them in Diaso and a shop in Far east and each pack cost onli $1.90!!! Cheap sia. Moi mei mei and mama exploit mi to paint nails for them! Hee... i wont resist la cos i luv luv luv painting nails!!! Heee....

Vday 2007
Whoa.. the romantic day of the yr! Hee and i get to spend it with moi best and dearest friends!!! i cock up moi lab and so was late to meet ivy. Zhibin was so sweet to wait for mi to end den we drove to IMM to meet ivy jiejie. (poor zhibin gerger went to aust to celebrate CNY)
Dinner was great again @ moi fav hk restaurant - Wan Zhai!!! Hee... Zhibin neva ate it b4 and both ivy and mi agree tt he is missing out great food~ Walk ard the mall... nothing much in particular esp when i have finish buying moi new yr clothes. But went to look at make up... veri hesitated to buy... cos i realli qiong le. Haha
Sihui jie jie lesson onli ended at 8 plus. So off we went to NUS mac to meet her. Hee we talk cock and stupid jokes in the mac till 10 plus! Hee i was laughing so so hard... it was so fun~ haha.. all the most sick.. idiotic.. spastic jokes!!!

Reunion dinner
We had an early reunion dinner on sun. Asked popo, yiyi, uncle and wife to come as well. Mama and papa woke up early to cook up a feast! Yumyum... the look of it makes mi drool.... The "yu sheng" is a bit special cos instead of putting in fish slices, we added in "bao bei", jelly fish and vege. Hee. is a nice combination which makes it taste chrunchy and juicy... yum...

all the goodies simmer over small fire overnight!
A series of Lao Yu sheng!!! Hee they say the higher the better. I was almost standing on moi chair le. hee
After lunch, had a nice walk in bugis. Saw a new dress in mphosis which i adored. Felt a sudden urge to buy it but i tink i have been spending lately, so need to control le. sob...

Seminar @ NTUC
Sihui jie jie jio mi and ivy to go for tis talk. Foo yuan join us as well. Anyway, the reason we join is becos we found it interesting. Opps.. tt is bullshit.. haha actualli we just "gian" the goodie big worth $150 and the entrance fee is onli @$2. hee so why not...
The internal of the audi is so so beautiful!!! The squares of different sizes and contours coupled with the bright yellow background gave the audi a modern look. Thumbs up!!!

Anyway, tis seminar talks about how come single man are like waffles and single woman are like spaghetti. Man function in a way that all their activities, thoughts and interests are all put into boxes like that of a waffle. Unlike woman who can multitask, man can onli do 1 thing @ a time. In addition, the male speaker, Bill emphasis that man can realli day dream and tink of nothing, which means that their boxes are a complete blank. Haha.. so next time i shall realli believe moi guy friends!

Haha.. the new member is not a person. but is a external hard disk of 120Gb!!! Removed the disk from moi old comp and bought a casing for it. Look high and low for it in sim lim. Finalli gotten one @ $29 onli! Hee the best thing is tt it comes with a fan! Haha. Tink mi and moi sis used up a lot of memory space! moi new comp 160Gb is almost full filling with all moi MP3s, recorded shows and cam whoring fotos!!! Haha

Wow... the big recuritment event of NTU which i can expect a lot of big companies and govt bodies to take part. However, for bioengineers, it speaks bad news. There is no doubt that the economy is picking up and therefore i can expect many job offers waiting for mi. Much to the contrary, there is indeed abundance of jobs but for EEE and MAE. Whenever i told recuriters i am from bioenginnering, they will give mi a super stunned face as if i am some aliens from MARS. I was quite sad initally but soon i gotten used to it. Some did not even have an idea wat is bioengineering was about and thought tt it was just a general degree. My god!!! How the hell i ended up here. Shit... i shld have joined MAE and EEE instead. Now i felt so lost after graduating, not becos i cannot graduate with good grades. Whats the use of obtaining a good degree if there is no job demand for u at all!!! Faint... TO mi.. graduation = jobless. Hence, i have a couple of back up jobs.
1. To find a sugar daddy and lead a life of shopping, mj and high tea.
( However, i dun tink i can find one, cos even sugar daddies have high expectations and i aint' no supermodel and dun also have an angelic face. haha)
2. To sell you tiao @ yew tee
(seriously, i luv eating you tiao and i dunno y such a big town like yew tee doesnt sells them!!! Super weird. I have told moi mum to sell them but she insists i am crazy cos i dun even know how to cook, let alone come up with some super super tasty and crispy you tiao. Again, i can drop this idea)
3. To be a professional testtube cleaner
( haiz.. nowadays machines are so advanced tt moi speed would be deemed as a snail. And wat for emply a degree holder to perform tis job. I tink anione maybe even a sec sch kid can clean it pretty well!!!)
Looking at all options, i declare tt i still might be jobless and poor mama and papa might have to support mi for a few mths after i grad. Haha..
