Ghim's "Farewell"

The gathering was "Sa La" frm the start

it was conveyed tt ghim would be in US for 6 mths

tt explained the attendance

luckily, no one backed out when we all realised

ghim was onli away for 1 mth!

tt's wat we called friendship...

Mengni's Final Day

I remb on mengni's first day @ work
we brought her to lunch at tanglin mall
yup, not the nicest venue to welcome an intern
however i seem to be able to click with her well
conversations of her uni life
just brought back fond memories of moi uni days
it's so good to be young

Mengni is so sweet
and showered us with lil gifts
so 感动

Ah ger
i will miss making stupid faces @ u when i past by ur seat
i will miss having someone to open the door for mi when i forget moi pass
and definitely miss ur laughter

Wakeboarding

On a sunny saturday morning

i woke up super early

to go to Marina Country Club

to try out wakeboarding for the first time!

the excited us b4 wakeboarding

The sky was clear blue

and littered with patches of white clouds

the weather is just perfect

for wakeboarding

The wind was blowing gently on our cheeks
while we were ferried to the
"training gnd"
totally relaxing

Let the lesson begin!

For safety purpose... life jacket is a must

After squeezin moi feet into the board

is time to get into the water

"Bend ur legs like in a Poo Poo position and put ur hands btwn ur legs"
i was so nervous and confused
tt i forget wat is btwn
haahaa
"Let the tension of the rope pull you up naturally"

Bingo!!!

Practising is always easier den the actual

Falling is common
just get up
and try again

Almost there

After a few failed attempts
i managed to do it!
Adrenaline rush manz!

Now it's time for

However, it left mi with whole body aches for a few days
I cant even bend!

F1 Pit Building Completion Ceremony

If you ever noticed,

there is a short 2,3 storey green and grey building beside the flyer

where in Sept

all the actions will take place

Furnishings will be completed at a ltr date
hence the interior of the building is quite bare now

try to organise 1 few weeks but it always never pull thru

we decided to try out Shokudo Pasta

A lil' restaurant tucked @ a corner of citylink

Pasta was tasty though not fantastic

The thick toast spread with butter
topped with match ice-cream and azuki beans
caught our eye
it was however disappointing
tink Ah Kun toast taste better

A new cut

both ivy and i decided to get a hair cut

i was damn irritated but moi fringe

however after the cut,

i was in rather low spirits
