Day 5

The last breakfast in HK was great

the Po Luo Bao

was one of the best i ever eaten

besides makan

did some last min crazy shopping

@ Argyle Shopping Centre

we bought so much tt

we had to change HK dollars

haha

At 3 plus

we embarked on our journey to the airport

saying goodbye to Standfored hillview hotel

the transportation to the airport was great

trolleys are available

spacious area

something SG can work on

Day 4

None other den Disneyland
dress code of the day

It's a small world

a miniature of the globe

the contrast of the bright colours of the decorations

and the quiet environment except for

the repeated playing of the

"it's a small world song"

made the place rather eerie

Stop 3: Adventure Land

Safari Ride

This ride was hilarious

the innocent shriek of a 5 year old kid

set off a chain of non stop crying

from his 2 brothers

instead of narration

all i could heard was cries

Scaredy Cat goes on 2 scary trails

despite mi tugging hard @ ZY cardigan

she ignored mi totally

and headed to the front of the trail

where she (and of course mi)

led the walk

The Parade

And it began to rain

Impulse buy of the raincoat

but was damn cute!

dun tink i will wear it again though

Dinner Time!

our legs were tired beyond words

And i heart the Fireworks

ZY and i were so touched

the stuff were not cheap

but irresistably cute!

Day 3

Even though the drinks yest nite

did knock us out

we managed to wake up at 8 plus

to see

the Giant Buddha

breakfast was so good!

Travelling by the cable car

a wise choice

as we got to enjoy the nice scenery

in the windy cabin

however,

the occassion swaying and rocking of the cable

did scared us

And we reached!
nope
we didnt puke

We had to walk quite a distance
before we reached the foot of the buddha

What await us
was a long flight of stairs up!

Headed to Po Lin Monastry

was heavenly!!!

went back to HK island

for some shopping @ Temple Street
and of course

not forgetting dinner

We rushed to catch

nothing realli fantastic

but good for a 1st timer like mi

i tink SR was more beautiful!

Dropped off our super heavy shopping stuff

Day 2

Breakfast @ 茶餐厅
near our hotel

the 猪扒包 is normal

zy's sandwich looked like it was meant for sick peeps

and the 鸳鸯 taste weird

wat a morning

Embark on a long journey

in search of SPACE

factory outlet for prada & Miu Miu

journey to Ap Lei Chau

was long

Went back 铜锣湾

for lunchie

in search of the famous claypot rice

however,

we were told claypot were available for dinner onli

so we had to make do with wat we had

After some awesome shopping
we rested our poor legs
while enjoy 豆花
Best i ever eat

HK Trip 10th - 14th Oct

Day 1

The flight was damn early
Boarding @ 640am
Pardon the panda eyes

After 4 hrs of sleep aboard the plane
We reached 香港机场
And board the train to our hotel
Okie… we took the wrong side
& took us close to 1 hr b4
we reached MTR – Jordan
the walk up the hill pulling our luggage
to Standford Hillview Hotel
nearly killed us

We waste no time
Rushing to find food @ Wellington Street
FAMISHED

A long walk down the Wellington Street
Wat came us walking
Was the thought of having
Yummy 点心
In the famous 莲香楼

STUNNED
O_O
Such a traditional restaurant
Standing there dunno wat to do
Luckily
Some kind souls offered their seats to us
Had to walked to get our food
Not knowing wats available
We just took wats on the 点心 push cart
Was happie tt I tried their famous
莲蓉包stuffed with 咸蛋黄
though it taste like
soft mooncake

Walking around 中环

meixiu, i found u in HK!

exploring H&M and label shops

A refreshing milk tea

puts a smile on our face

and achy legs

Moving on

to the Peak Tram Station

Walking yet again

Reached!!!

The queue was never ending

and the station was packed and crowded

peeps were rushing and pushing each other

to get on the train

reminded of those war shows

where peeps are fleeding their countries

desperate to get on the last train

we reached the peak!!!

for a short break

and invited us to her hse for a gathering
