BRCC aka Basic Rock Wall Climbing Course

I was so excited about today! Though i have rock climb before, i haven managed to climb to the top yet. Therefor i hope that i can achieve moi aims of reaching to the top! Ganbatte!

The course started with theory:
Properties of the rope, caribeam

How to tie the "8 zhi note"
- Twist one end of a rope twice
- Use the free end of the other side of the rope and go over
- For the climbing person, go over the caribeam and retrace the "8 zhi"

Basic climbing commands:
- Belay on? On Belay
- Climbing? Climb On

Haha, the commands sound rather trivial but of course for safety reasons, we need to obey.

I tried a climb before lunch and sianz, i cant even reach half of it. ARGH!!! I must definitely try harder. After lunch, i managed to complete the wall only after 2 attempts. Haha i was so happy but i was hanging up there for super long time, taking a rest and stuff. After the climb, i was so shagged. I even have difficulty combing and tying moi hair! Jia lat!!! tmr sure muscle ache one!Haha. i tink zhi qiang veri good @ it and he belay mi for a long time also. Thanks!!!

Of course there are always sacrificies to be made! I added 2 more wounds to more collection! OUCH!!! I must agree with moi mum that i am a accident prone BIG POTATO!!! haha.

I even had to clean away moi manicure and cutmoi toe nails and fingernails real short! I tink it is the first time in 6 mths i see them so short and without "make- up". Poor them! I wan back moi pretty nails! Haha
