The Central


It has been a long long long time since moi bday we meet up! And i realli miss them lots! And it is a perfect time to meet up also as i can act as santa claus by giving them the pressies i got frm taiwan. Decided to meet at the central since all of us have never been there. The basement is rather interesting as we found a shop selling japanese mochi!!! The packaging and the sight of it looks so..... sorrie.. but i am starting to drool... And for those who luv tai yang bing, i have great news. The basement sells them! The price is a bit steep though with each costing around $1.50. However, besides the original taste, they also sell choco and strawberry flavours. When moi supply frm taipei ends, i shall start attacking there. Hee

Dinner was at Manhattan Fish Market. Never been there before but the food is similar to Fish and Co. We ordered the seafood platter, colesaw and raisins and fried mushrooms. The best of all is the fried mushrooms!!! The outside is super crispy and the mushroom inside is so tender. When u bite, the juice just Oooze out!!! Heavenly...

After dinner, went to chill out at Archipelago near Boat Quay. I like the atmosphere as it is quiet and they let u sample 6 of their home brews. Hee.. but as an amateur, i cant realli taste the difference. Had Bailey's, the original. Yum yum.. hee i realise i did had a sweet tooth!
