Florence's Bday Celebration

Just as i was feeling sianz and demoralised about wat i am possibly facing in 1 mths time, a little pretty cup cake realli makes mi feel happie. Thanks Cindy!!!

Florence's baby bday is still 5days away. However, the celebration was brought forward on a friday so that we can stay out longer. Florence has a special liking for tofu and healthy food. A simple square white piece of tofu is enu to make her eyes sparkle. Till this date, we are still unable to understand why. Hence, we were a bit shocked when she wanted to go Hog's Breath for dinner.

Hog's breath @ Chjmes is realli spacious and definitely a nice place for grp gatherings. With choon yen's warning in mind that the portions are "American" size, we shared food instead. Nope, we are not realli on a diet, just tt we need a little empty space for desserts later. Indeed, the portions lived up to its expectations - big and huge. The food are real tasty especially the salmon! Yum yum.... The steak is a little disappointing though as i feel like i was cutting through rubber.

Desserts was at Raffles Creamery @ Raffles Hotel which was highly recommended by shu en. Yesh... shu en was finalli back after a rendevous 2 wks in US with Mr complicated. Hee... I Luv the place which was veri quiet and little peeps. Though after we arrived, i believe we became the source of noise pollution.

We decided to shared the ice-cream instead. So we decided to got for 4 cups of 3 scoops! It was a lengthy sampling and discussion session before we decide on:

1. The flavours

2. The combination of flavour to be placed tog to enhance the eating experience

3. To add toppings or not? (just 70 cents more actualli)

4. Which toppings we shld finalli add

And becos we ordered so much, we gotten 1 free scoop! Yipee!!!
