Last Wkend Pt 2

Mushroom's Retro Line Dancing

The highly anticipated line dancing performance by mushroom and her fellow peers. For this special event, mushroom went to buy retro dress, tighs, new shoes and matchin accessories (hairband, bracelet and even earrings!). Indeed, she was veri looking forward to the performance.

YY's Farwell

SO Fast!!! YY is gg back to Slough, UK after a short 2 wks stay in SIngapore for CNY and meeting her dear old friends. To send our dear friend off, a stayover at her house is a must! Before tt, we had a midnight movie - jumper! The 2 gers kept drooling over the cute guy in the show with the scottish accent. OMG!!! I dunno they enjoy the show or the man!

As usual, i was the first one to doze off at 3 plus. Yeah! u can call mi PIG!!!

Wakey wakey at 5 plus in order to reach the airport in time. For the first time, i am gg to T3!!! Indeed, it is an art piece!

Having a traditional Breakfast which YY will certainly miss when she is back in UK...

ECP Siong cycling!!!

With less than 3 hrs of sleep, i was off to ECP to meet ivy and kelvin for cycling. This time, they are serious and it was a tiring 4 hours cycling to changi and back to ECP. At Changi, we caught a glipmse of plans training for the Airshow.

The sun was so so glaring and hot! If not for kelvin's sunglasses, i dun tink i can make it back!!!

Mark's Birthday in Office

On the actual bday of mark, we as usual had a mini celebration for him.
He has been a great boss to work with... Hee...

Mark's Bash - Back to School

How can we not celebrate Mark's birthday with partying and drinking! The theme of the party is back to school. The peeps are realli onz on this party. So to make the extra effort, i went to buy a St Magaret's uniform as i dunno where i chucked moi RV uniform. I am definitely not a traitor of RV, RV spirit lies in moi heart! (Sorrie, tink is getting a bit mushy)

Besides the school uniform, a magic school bus was hired to facilitate pub hopping from tanjong pagar, lunar and finalli to zouk (our home gnd). In addition, each "student" receive a goodie bag and water bottle. I was feeling thirsty and drink a sip, tinking it was Ribena. In the end, it turns out to be red wine! Haha... they are realli getting into the mood.

We managed to got into zouk cos we are VIPs! Haha... is so funny cos when we arrived at zouk, i bet all the peeps are staring @ us like we are ah siaos! But who cares... ANyway, i was walking ard in zouk and peeps even took foto with mi cos they thought i was from ST Margaret. Super 好笑咯！

Poor felicia has stomach problems and was warded into the hospital since 初夕. So we went to visit her and bought her some cute toys!

On the journey to visit her...

My family members have a soft spot for black sun glasses. And i tink we look all damn fierce in it. I tink is the default family face - super 丑脸.

Felicia was not feeling too well when we visited her. She has no appetite for food and hence has to be on dripped. Poor ger... drips are super painful! Her stomach problem made her feel like puking and bloated. So, she was not realli in the mood to play. Get well soon!

Watched CJ7 with ivy and kelvin after tt. The show is not the usual 周星驰 style of 无厘头 kind of 喜剧. The cuteness of 长江七号 and the occassion funny scenes (yes, the cockroaches) did make mi laugh. However, is the family warmth and the bonding they shared that makes this movie impactful and definitely tearful.

Annual Gathering @ 黄老师 house

It is an annual tradition to go to 黄老师 house to 拜年. However, this year is especially different because there is a new member into the family! 黄老师 gave birh to a cute baby ger - rui ning last october and all of us cant wait to see the baby!

黄老师 was not at home when she arrived as she brought her baby for bathing at her mother's house nearby. 哈哈... So funny lo.. like bringing baby for a spa lidat! However, we made ourselves at home by switching on tv ourselves and helping ourselves to the new year goodies. And after much anticipation, the baby arrived!

Rui Ning is so cute! She has so many hair despite being just a 3 months old baby! And she she looks gorgeous in her ZARA baby white dress!

YY is back!!!

Hmmm... it sounds that zhiyun and i dun realli like her. Not true! Haha.. we love u YY!!! (~Puke~)

Sweet YY bought us nice gifts from UK - a small bottle of liquor and a swaroski bits nail filer. I like the gifts just tt i dun realli drink and i dun nid a nail filer as moi nails are pretty naturally! Haha... YY gonna kill mi...

Having a break from shopping at Far East Shopping Centre at Ya Kun Kaya Toast.

Although mum says that i cannot buy shoes during CNY as 鞋 in cantonese and chinese doesnt sound auspicious, i just cant resist nice pretty shoes. So moi new pump heels which i made a deposit for is still lying in Far East Shopping Centre. I will be collecting it after CNY!! Yippe!!!

Dinner was at Azabu Sabu. It took some time b4 we decided on a location as there were different views and opinions. Zhiyun and i said tt YY can finish the vanilla ice-cream topped with strawberries and ice as she wont get to eat it in UK! Yeah, we are 欺负ing her again. But... who cares? ~EVIL GRINS~
